1. No Refund Policy

• All purchases are final

• Once you enroll in any course, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances

• We strongly advise you to review all course details before making payment

2. Exceptions (Limited Cases)

Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:

• Duplicate payment made by mistake

• Payment deducted but course access not provided

In such cases, you must contact us within 48 hours of the transaction.

3. Course Access Issues

If you face any technical issue while accessing the course:

• Contact our support team immediately

• We will resolve the issue, but no refund will be issued

4. Chargebacks & Disputes

• If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first:

  • Your account will be permanently suspended

  • All course access will be revoked

• We reserve the right to take action against fraudulent disputes

5. Non-Transferable

• Courses are non-transferable

• You cannot transfer your purchase to another person
